A dump truck exiting the 201 freeway in Rialto California struck a bicyclist. The bicyclist has suffered serious personal injuries as a result of the bicycle accident including two broken legs. The cause of the bicycle accident is being investigated by California Highway Patrol and the Rialto Police Department.
